The governance of the FNH-RI preparatory phase is structured to ensure clear decision-making, expert oversight, executive coordination, and operational delivery.

Governance Overview

The FNH-RI project management for the preparatory phase will be in line with the governance structure of FNH-RI.

Three advisory bodies will review the project activities:

From Coordination to Delivery

Executive Level

The co-ordinator communicates with the European Commission (EC) representatives, supported by the Central Executive Management office.

Operational Level

The different Work Packages (WPs) are directly led and executed by the WP leaders.
