Consumer Food Health (CALIS - Consommateur ALIment Santé)
CALIS is a French National Research Infrastructure that brings together certified platforms and experimental facilities for transdisciplinary research dedicated to studying the interactions between food, nutrition and health, in a context of sustainability. CALIS integrates the entire value chain, from the agricultural raw materials and their processing into foods to their effects on human health, taking into account consumer choices and preferences. It offers research and innovation services to both public and private communities, cutting-edge technological and experimental developments, and the provision of original data and experimental materials.
